Where we ship
We ship to Denmark and the other EU countries. The countries you can choose are shown at checkout.
No import fees on delivery
Our parcels are sent from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse outside the EU. Our prices include any applicable taxes and import charges, so you pay the price you see at checkout and nothing more at the door. If a carrier ever asks you to pay import charges, contact us and we’ll refund them.
Order limit
The maximum order value is €140 per order. Need more? Simply place a second order.
Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays and busy periods. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders over €49. For smaller orders, standard shipping costs €4.95, shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, or anything looks wrong, contact us and we’ll look into it right away. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, we’ll send a replacement or refund you.
